How to Configure Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 Authentication from the Dashboard

Configure Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 Authentication from the Dashboard

Step 1:

Go to Settings from the Main Navigation on the Dashboard> Click on Server Configuration under the Email Notifications Tab > Click on Configure under Configure an SMTP Server as shown below

Step 2:

Click on the radio button for Microsoft 365 Oauth 2.0

Step 3:

Fill in the necessary details such as the authorized email address, Tenant ID, Client ID, and upload the Client Certificate as shown below

Step 4:

Add the secret passphrase and the Thumbprint shared with you to Configure the Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 authentication

Step 5:

Click on Activate> If you have an existing basic SMTP authentication, a confirmation modal will appear. Click on Confirm to switch to Microsoft OAuth 2.0 Authentication

You will receive a toast message that the Microsoft 365 OAuth 2.0 has been successfully activated
