What are the OpenAI-powered features on the dashboard?

OpenAI Enterprise API Usage at inFeedo

  1. Chat Sentiment Analysis - currently powered by GPT 3.5

    • Functionality - Real-time sentiment analysis of the user responses to Amber. This enables Amber to ask relevant follow-up questions to the employee.

    • Impact - In the absence of such sentiment analysis, this conversational flow would just be a Questionnaire/Form.

    • Live since - September 2021.

    • Data shared - Async questions and user responses. If the question itself contains the company name, then the company name is also shared. (Example: Do you find working at Wayne Enterprises fulfilling?)

    • Data not shared - Names, Company Name, Email IDs, Phone Numbers (if provided), and any other personal or confidential information provided by the customer.

  1. Smart Acknowledgement - currently powered by GPT 3.5

    • Functionality - This feature sends an AI generated acknowledgment email to the employee from his/her chat. It is important to gain trust among employees & in helping Admins quickly close the feedback loop with minimal effort.

    • Impact - Without Smart Acknowledgment, admins would either have to create an acknowledgment message manually (which is time consuming) or use pre-defined templates (that may lack context for the chat).

    • Live since - October 2022.

    • Data shared - Employee Full Name, Company name, and all questions and user responses from a chat session.

    • Data not shared - Email IDs, Phone Numbers (if provided), and any other personal or confidential information shared by the customer.

  1. AI Chat Summary - currently powered by GPT 3.5

    • Functionality - To provide a summary of the feedback received on any particular chat to the Admins.

    • Impact - Without AI Summary, admins would have to go through individual chats question-by-question.

    • Live since - October 2022.

    • Data Shared - Employee full name, Company name, and all questions and user responses from a chat session.

    • Data not shared - Email IDs, Phone Numbers (if provided), and any other personal or confidential information provided by the customer.

  1. AI Action Planning - currently powered by GPT 3

    • Functionality - To help Admins automatically plan Action Items based on feedback received through Chats. Once created this can be assigned to any individual or a team (led by an individual).

    • Impact - Without AI Action Planning, Action Items will have to be created manually or by selecting pre-defined templates, which may be time-consuming and lack context.

    • Live since - January 2023.

    • Data shared - Full Name, Company name, and all questions and user responses from a chat session.

    • Data not shared - Email IDs, Phone Numbers (if provided), and any other personal or confidential information provided by the customer.

  1. Exit Themes - currently powered by GPT 3

    • Functionality - Summarized open text responses in Exit chat and buckets them into 15 categories (Category = Why people are leaving the company)

    • Impact - Without AI, this feature is not available.

    • Live since - August 2022.

    • Data shared - Aggregated chat responses of Exited employees along with questions asked. If the company name was mentioned in the question, then that will also be shared.

    • Data not shared - Personal or confidential information provided by the customer and users.
